OUR SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
1. HOW LONG IT TAKES TO GET YOUR ORDER
We ship all over India.
We take care of every aspect while shipping your products. But to make all procedures smooth and good, we may require 1-3 working days for your order to be dispatched. Normally orders placed before 12 pm on working days, we try to ship the same day. Orders placed after 12 pm will be shipped the very next business day or after the next day. Orders Received during Sunday, Holidays or any other critical circumstances are dispatched the following Monday or next working day.
We do not use Speed Post services so we cannot ship to PO boxes. Some restricted or military addresses may be subject to restricted delivery until there is a particular courier service that can reach there. Rural remote areas may require one or more additional days to deliver.
We use FedEx and DTDC companies as our courier vendors and generally the deliver time anywhere in India is estimated as 6-10 working days by surface shipping depending upon destination. However, if you need urgent delivery, it can be done by air. Just contact the given number for express delivery.
2. WHEN CAN YOU EXPECT A DELAY IN DELIVERY
Delay may happen in delivery if--
• Customer is not reachable by the courier person
• Customer's phone number is not reachable
• Any strike happens
• Any natural calamities happen
3. CANCELLATION OF ORDER
If we receive a cancellation e-mail but the order is already processed, then we won’t be able to cancel the order. The last decision will be ours and the customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by us.
There may be some circumstances if we have to accept any cancellation, then a charge of 10% of the total amount of the order will be applied as restocking fees.
4. REPLACEMENT/ RETURN POLICY
We do not have any refund policy in any case. We follow strict rules to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there may be a possibility that--
• The item may be damaged during transit
• There might be a manufacturing defect
• A wrong item is delivered to you
• Some fault is there
In only such cases as given above, we replace the item at no extra cost. But make sure to mail or message the request for replacement/return of the item within the stipulated time-frame which is 24 hours of receiving the parcel along with your order number, pictures of damaged, faulty or defected piece.
As we confirm the return, you are requested to send the item back to us. Once we receive the item back, we will send the replacement. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for replacement without our confirmation, any damage in return, or any misplacement.
There are certain possibilities of return or replacements which are not supported--
• In the case of pre-orders, no replacement or return requests would be entertained.
• In the case of the product damaged by the customer while opening the parcel.
• In the case of electronic items such as heat guns, machines, etc not working.
• In case of any missing item from the original packing, accessories, price tags, etc.
